The MKULTRA Trigger: Psychological Assault By A Cop At My Back Door Nov. 10-14, 2009

This is what triggered my MKULTRA memory in November 2009. The right sidebar provides information about some of the Microwave Mind Control weapons and Organized Stalking devices that are being used on citizens, some of which I am certain were used on me while I lived in Jefferson Park where these events and more took place. The November 2009 Assaults Of Me By A Police Officer

In November 2009, I was renting a Jefferson Park basement apartment which was adjacent/attached to a two car garage. My back door opened into the garage, and it was my emergency exit.

When I rented the apartment in October 2008, I had a must move situation at the time, and this was the only apartment that I could get after 2 weeks of apartment hunting. I had several appointments to see other apartments, but they all either cancelled or did not show. My friend (and driver) Alex could confirm that, and more, but he died in 2011, so he won't be much of a witness now.

   A female police officer, who did not live in the Jefferson Park building, was renting both parking spaces in the attached garage. I didn't know that until after I moved into my Jefferson Park apartment.

An interesting note is that both cars had to be towed into the garage, they were not in running condition. The second car was towed into the garage while I was living there. Neither car moved, nor was started or worked on, from the time she put them in the garage until the day I moved out. Everyone I talked to never saw the cars move either.

   Even more interesting is that the police officer would come to the garage almost every night in the middle of the night, I would wake up to cold air and the sound of the garage overhead door closing between 3 a.m. to 4 a.m.

I noticed that during my first winter there, I thought it was odd and talked about it to people every so often. For some unknown reason I was never awakened by her entry to the garage, I always awoke to the sound of the garage door motor and cold air filling my room as that cop was leaving.

No work was ever done on the cars that I saw or heard, and my neighbors even questioned what could she be doing in the garage so often and at such ungodly hours, and even in the middle of winter. The attached garage is not heated.

That can be confirmed by former neighbors and some former co-workers, in as much as I often complained to my neighbors and friends about those regular 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. visits from that cop.

Look in the right sidebar and check out the information on Silent Sound and other Microwave Hearing based weapons. Those Microwave Weapons penetrate buildings and walls with no problems at all with pinpoint accuracy. The microwave frequencies used are like the waves from radios, televisions, cell phones, etc in that none of them need a direct line of sight to the communications satellites or broadcast antennas, they do not need a direct line of sight to the target, and they penetrate deep inside buildings. It's not science fiction, it is science fact.

   Here is another important issue which I did not think suspiciously of until these 2009 events began:

There was no refrigerator in the apartment when I moved in. The landlord ordered a new refrigerator after I moved in, but because it was being delivered on a week day when I had to work, the landlord gave keys to my apartment to the cop who was renting the garage. The landlord informed me the night before that he couldn't be at my apartment to receive the refrigerator and that he had given the cop keys to my apartment. He informed me after he gave the keys out.

Coincidentally, I never received keys for my back door. The landlord told me he had lost the keys after I had moved in, and because it was only my emergency exit, he didn't want to change the lock. The key side was on the garage side of the door, I could still lock my back door from the inside. Only someone with a key to the back door and access to the garage could get in from the garage side.

The landlord insisted that the cop didn't have keys to my back door. Then I forgot about it until November 2009, and the landlord refused to change the lock then too. I put some tiny pieces of paper inside cabinet doors and dresser drawers so that I could determine if someone was searching my apartment at times when I went out. That is how I know for a fact that my apartment was being invaded by that cop, or someone else, on a regular basis. Finally I installed a heavy duty door bolt on my back door since the landlord still refused to change the lock.

   So that is how the cop got unrestricted access to my apartment, the landlord gave the cop keys to my apartment.

That's in addition to a few other items of interest, like the time that cop swooped down on me in broad daylight and threatened to arrest me for pumping up my bike tire with the garage door open. Some bullshit about trespassing. I had the landlord's express permission to use the attached garage provided that I didn't block access to the two cars inside.

   One day in my apartment, in early November 2009, I spoke about the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein to my friend Alex for the first time.

I'd known Alex for several years, but I had never spoken to him about the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein before.

   Two days after speaking of the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein in my apartment, I went to use my rear exit and found that someone had done something to the door so that I couldn't open it.

It turned out to be that police officer had done something to my door.

I'd already had a few problems with this cop, or rather, she had some problems with me. This so called police officer had problems with the other tenants in the building too, even tenants who had moved out. It wasn't just me.

That wonderful police officer also has a history of making threats to residents of the building and using her badge as a weapon to get whatever she wants.

So here is what happened beginning on November 10, 2009. That cop had tied bungee cords to my door from the garage side which prevented me from exiting, and she posted a threatening sign too, which is the second image below:

The landlord removed the bungee cords, then the cop returned and replaced them. That went on for 3 days.

The assault on my emergency exit went on for 3 days until I made a building complaint with the City of Chicago and also after I filed a police report with the Chicago Police for a computer which had suddenly vanished from my storage in the garage.

I had a PC on the shelf in the garage (with other computer parts of mine). That PC was a backup for my computer, the exact same model Dell and processor, all I would have to do is swap RAM sticks and hard drives and I'd be up and running if my PC failed. It would have come in useful later in June 2010 as I was preparing my website for launch, see Recent Obstacles & Oddities – Near Explosion, Rats, Hard Drive Failure.

After I filed the building complaint, then my landlord resolved the assaults on my back door because it involved fines for him, and I got this letter:

I agreed to not move since the problem with the emergency exit was solved. However, the City of Chicago Building Inspectors issued violations to the landlord.

It seemed obvious to me that this officer wanted to provoke me into retaliating against her cars, which made me laugh. I'm not that stupid, and moreover, I do not do things to an enemy's property- I do it to the enemy himself.

It seemed obvious to me that this was the result of my discussing the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein a few days earlier.

In March 2010, I found that both of my apartment windows on that side of the building (east) had the storm windows raised about an inch. Plus the garage window had a pane of glass missing and the window was open.

Since I lived in a basement with constant traffic on that side of the building from the kids next door, I always kept my east windows covered on the inside with cardboard sheet I'd cut to size. My entrance was on the other side of the building, I never walked on the east side of the building, no door there and a fence blocking access to the back yard from the east. So I had never noticed the windows had been opened an inch.

   I think it is very convenient, with that pane of glass missing and open window, a person in the garage could pass a small device back and forth to an accomplice outside.

     

It is interesting that the cop was so concerned about the garage door being open one day while I was standing right there pumping up my bike tire (as I related earlier in this page), but she was not concerned about the open garage window. Considering all the time that the cop spent creeping around in the garage, it seems only reasonable that the cop had to notice that window was open.

Something inhuman was going on. My neighbors caught wind of it, or rather, they knew at the very least that the cop was up to something illegal, due to my complaining about various things that the cop was doing to me, and suddenly the cop couldn't get away with what she had been doing because people were watching and starting to talk. Someone would find something very frightening if they started asking questions, and that's what I want. This is a genuine mind control case.

So then my landlord tells me to move out, and I didn't even owe him any money.

He claimed he wanted the apartment for his Mother in Law, whom he had brought to the United States in January 2010.

The pattern in most Organized Stalkings has been that people have been tricked, threatened or blackmailed into looking the other way and/or even providing assistance. That is how Organized Stalkers operate.

What I discovered was that my landlord had actually rented me an illegal apartment, and everyone had suspected the officer had something on the landlord because there was too much bullshit going on, she was walking all over the other tenants and the landlord would do nothing, despite this police officer's actions causing direct violations of the terms of the other tenants leases.

Just prior to my moving out, it was learned by the electric company, Commonwealth Edison, that the landlord had tampered with the electric inside the ComEd boxes, and they had instructed my upstairs neighbor to contact the State's Attorney's Office. According to my neighbor. I was home that day and took a few pictures of the ComEd worker, below is a picture of the ComEd worker leaving.

It also appears that the income the landlord has been taking in from the apartment, ever since he put that apartment in, has not been reported to Cook County Assessor's Office and the IRS. I did some investigating of my own.

Regarding the missing computer mentioned earlier, here's a copy of the theft report that I filed with the Chicago Police Department (click for large view):

edit 2-16-2013: When I launched these websites on July 1, 2010, I had not said anything about the Cook County Sheriff's Department and the lawsuit that I had filed in 1999 for stalking me. Now look at this email from July 2010, someone from the Sheriff's Department came looking for me as soon as my websites were live. This site was launched on July 1, 2010.

That 1999 federal lawsuit I just mentioned is a shining example of the Organized Stalking of Targeted Individuals that we are seeing in America today.

One of the matters I alleged in my federal complaint was that stealth cameras, illegal wiretaps, microphones and transmitters had been placed in my apartment by these perpetrators, my employment and life in general was targeted, and other MKULTRA type techniques were used to torture me. I never specifically mentioned MKULTRA in the lawsuit. Scott v Sutker-Dermer 6 Fed. Appx. 448, 449 (7th Cir. 2001).

Actually I didn't theorize that, I made specific allegations that certain perps were conspiring to prevent me from testifying for DIA in some classified matters.

Those matters were primarily not about investigating the locals, at least not until they did some really bad things in 1997. The classified matters were the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein and the crimes of NSA Devil Worshiper The Witch aka The Snake Lady, plus the genocide matters which I warned General Henry Shelton about and other aspects of the NWO takeovers that I did not have the opportunity to inform General Shelton of. The local Organized Stalker apparatus in Cook County was utilized by NSA to eliminate me in 1996 to 1999, it's as simple as that. NSA wanted me alive for some purpose.

I was convicted on perjured testimony that was quite clear on the face of the preliminary hearing transcript. The cop testified to a completely different story at the suppression hearing, and the cop's new story directly contradicted his earlier testimony. The suppression motion was based on the preliminary hearing testimony of the cop, we had the transcript, but when the cop changed his story my lawyer started to object and the Judge cut my lawyer off in mid-sentence and then steered the case in a different direction. It is in the court transcripts, which were filed as Exhibits in my federal case. The court stenographer did a fantastic job, the transcript read "You Honor I obj --- ", then the Judge's remarks began with "--" to indicate that she did interrupt my lawyer.

However, despite the clear perjury by the police officer, the courts chose to ignore and whitewash the perjury. The court system is controlled by the perps. Plus my $3500 lawyer sold me out, a sad story that countless victims of the corrupt system here have had happen to them. Federal Courts were powerless. That inability to protect my civil rights only cost me 15 more years of being assaulted by these Organized Stalkers. But nonetheless, a sworn statement is there permanently, or rather, until NSA tampers with the records at the federal court. DIA should have secured copies of the proceedings themselves back in 1999, whether they did or not is another question.

In my federal lawsuit, which is a sworn statement that I also intentionally left for DIA, I also mentioned the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein as a "stolen European artifact" and stated exactly how many years it had been missing when I filed the lawsuit. It's a 70 page complaint, my copies were "lost" a long time ago, so I can't tell you which paragraph number it is. Stolen is a more appropriate term too, not lost. I filed the federal lawsuit before I was imprisoned.

Now think about my 1999 lawsuit allegations that stealth cameras, illegal wiretaps, microphones and transmitters had been placed in my apartment by these perpetrators, and my employment and life in general was targeted, and think about the images I posted earlier of the bungee cording of my back door and the threatening notice posted by that cop on my back door in 2009, about her having remote cameras in the building.

   I'm going to digress for a moment about memory erasure, since I am a repeat victim and it is a usual question for people to ask me why didn't I come forward sooner.

I did come forward before, it culminated in me being imprisoned in 1999. I left Chicago in 1995, was pursued to North Dakota and then to Minnesota, then I came back to Chicago for a dying relative in 1996. Organized Stalkers were on me from the day I returned to Chicago. Look around my site navigation under the heading "Liechtenstein Missing Crown", I made several efforts to resolve this until I was imprisoned in 1999.

I believe that my memory was tampered with during my incarceration in 1999. I also believe that my memory has been tampered with on more than one occasion since then.

We already know for fact that memory erasure is quite possible, the technology already exists. For starters see this page, The Secret Government's Ability to Erase Memory.

Memory erasure is possible via specific chemical mixtures, and memory erasure can also be accomplished with Silent Sound and other Microwave Hearing based mind control devices. Memory erasure is also possible via specific microwave frequencies that target the short term memory area of the human brain. The government has only been studying how to mind control people since 1947, and that work was started by Nazi MONARCH scientists. It was called Project Paperclip, I have materials on my sites and you will find plenty of information on the internet today about Project Paperclip and the origins of MKULTRA.

   When I was taken into custody in 1999 at the Cook County Skokie courthouse, I was taken to a room isolated from all of the other detainees.

The isolation room was around a couple of corners and down the corridors. When I got to the room, one latino was alone and sleeping on the bench. He seemed to have a lot of trouble waking up, in fact he laid back down almost immediately. Then someone came to fetch him within just a few minutes. Then I quickly fell asleep myself. Eventually I was awakened by the Public Defender, went to the see the Judge again, then was on my way to prison.

I'm also noting that I mentioned elsewhere a while ago that I started having migraine problems while I was imprisoned in Illinois. Prison records should confirm that.

Up until 2009, I still remembered seeing the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein in 1982, but I did not remember the real truth about my participation in MKULTRA, not until the cop triggered my memory.

I had retained my memories of a lot of things from that period of my life, including some things that NSA would doubtless like forgotten, but for some reason (which is detailed and theorized on elsewhere in my websites), during my incarceration in 1999, I came to believe that I was to wait for DIA to contact me regarding the Liechtenstein Crown and the NSA infiltrator and Devil Worshiper The Witch aka The Snake Lady.

So after my imprisonment, I also forgot about the New World Order, which I'd previously talked about between 1995-1999. After my release from prison, all sorts of bad things started happening to me right away, and somehow I forgot a lot more as time went on. Until that cop triggered my MKULTRA memory in November 2009.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that , if she valued the lives of her children, she would drop her opposition to the company’s installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of illness which cannot be diagnosed.
