Planned Global Genocide Against Black People
According to The Bulgarian, the Communists promised certain supremacist groups that they would develop a biological weapon that will kill only black people, in exchange for their help on various matters required for the Communist long range takeover of America. I've said many times that we are facing multiple takeover threats all controlled by one central group. These genocide plots are only one of several NWO possibilities.
Instead, The Masters plan to develop biological weapons specific to each race of Man on the planet, and they will not release the weapon against black people until the whole project is complete. It will be more than Population Control.
I've said numerous times that we face multiple threats from various factions of the New World Order, and that smaller groups were being used to build the various vehicles of destruction. For example, some White supremacist groups were told that they would get a biological weapon that would only kill black people, in exchange for certain favors and whatever else came up along the course. But in the end, those supremacists are on the menu later, as is every other group which has been used as a tool to complete the NWO takeover.
The dead bodies would have to be disposed of in every one of the NWO Population Control plans, not just in the event of biological weapons.
A biological weapon that does not kill instantly would provide time to remove bodies as the weapon spreads across the land, instant death would leave too many rotting corpses to remove before the air becomes contaminated. That is a concern with all the NWO plans to kill the people off in one shot. However, the taxpayers have built plenty of nice comfortable underground bunkers that are fully stocked, so the Traitors will be able to hide underground until the surface air is safe, if that happens. Those underground bunkers are a key matter in these New World Order takeovers, not just this aspect.
I've received some comments on YouTube & emails about this issue, from people who aren't black and who think that they have nothing to worry about from this genocide plot threat. Those people are in for a big surprise if the genocide plot is carried out. They are on the NWO menu themselves.
Currently the Illuminati & Communists appear focused on the electromagnetic mind control plans, and on taking control through Martial Law, at which point a lot of people will be taken away and "re-educated" or executed. The NWO Masters have many options at this point, while the people have few options. At this point in time, the NWO takeovers can end several ways, none of which will be good for mankind.

Think about what would happen if the planet was suddenly struck by a weapon that only kills black people. That could very well trigger World War 3.
I previously said on my blog that The Bulgarian told me in 1982 that he had been responsible for the destruction of two laboratories working on that particular biological weapon. I'm not making this up.

According to The Bulgarian, he located and was responsible for the destruction of two labs working on development of said biological weapon. The Bulgarian told me that the Communists were looking for whoever was responsible for taking out those labs, and he could not risk stopping that threat again. It is quite clear from the article that these weapons were not only being considered, but research was also being done towards development of said weapons in a variety of genetic and chemical areas.
