You really need to read the whole page to get the picture, and even then I probably left some unanswered questions. I've supplemented this page a couple times in my other sites, try using the site search, I'd have to put too many links here.
First of all, I am not the only American citizen subjected to mind control manipulation and experimentation by our government.
Mind Control Experimentation has been happening to unsuspecting citizen human guinea pigs here in the United States since 1947. Today in 2010, they have developed and perfected many techniques to control the human mind, and to impose altered states of consciousness on anyone, regardless of their awareness of the intrusion into their minds.

But I am different from most other victims because I was counter programmed to withstand known Communist brainwashing techinques by DIA using MKULTRA based technology.

I was inserted into a classified CIA project, and also attached to HUMINT. I was also signed onto Reagan's PIOB, which I will explain today.
It was hoped that I would be able to provide necessary evidence that the NSA was still conducting mind control and other human experimentation. These are some of the things that are explained on this page.
Like other American children in the 1960's, I was raised to fight Communism. I will get into that subject, and much more, scattered further down this page.
A variety of mind control experiments and Organized Stalkings using MKULTRA derived techniques, coupled with now declassified microwave weapons and other electronic harassment, went on all over the U.S. and continue today, with plans for even worse things on the horizon which are most likely to materialize in the near future unless stopped soon.

I am also a victim of Organized Stalking, and the reasons why should be obvious after you have seen my whole site, if you take the time to look before dismissing this.
The people who commit the ongoing Organized Stalkings use MKULTRA derived techniques, coupled with now declassified (but still little known to the general public) microwave weapons and other electronic harassment equipment. Circa 1995-1998, I talked a little about the Communist long range takeover plans and about the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein being in the hands of NSA Devil Worshiper The Witch. Then I was imprisoned on some bullshit by the crooked court system in Cook County.

I doubt there is anyone else left today who was prepared to withstand known Communist brainwashing techniques using MKULTRA technology.
It is known that techniques to withstand known Communist brainwashing techniques were developed for DIA from MKULTRA experiments.
I was counter programmed and prepared for this because there was high probability that I would be subjected to said brainwashing techniques. Obviously some things went wrong, but I am here today anyway.
My story about me being Reagan's MKULTRA designee is not new. However, I did not previously release a great deal of the information.
A designee is someone designated to do something for someone. In this case, I was designated under a military long range counter intelligence plan, which unfortunately for me was betrayed during the Clinton Administration. If I could prove it I would not be here. So I will just prove it with actions over time.
Since 1995, I have always maintained that Reagan assigned me to this after my November 1981 application to the CIA. My story has never changed, but this time I'm going public. This is my third attempt to come in, and it will be my last. For me it is time to stand or die.

My name should be on the roster of Reagan's President's Intelligence Oversight Board. See Executive Order 12334, Dec. 4, 1981 (PIOB). See also Executive Order 12333 Dec. 4, 1981 (PIOB).
The President's Intelligence Oversight Board was re-created to ensure all agencies compliance with the directives of EO 12333, which told all US Intelligence Agencies what their jobs were - what they were to do exactly - and not do other things.
Reagan knew that some agencies were doing things they were not supposed to be doing, and he was doing everything he could to try to stop them from doing those things.
Reagan revived the PIOB with those above Executive Orders.
The PIOB was something JFK used, and little used by Presidents after him.

There is hereby established within the White House Office, Executive Office of the President, the President's Intelligence Oversight Board, which shall be composed of three members. One member, appointed from among the membership of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board, shall be designated by the President as Chairman. Members of the Board shall serve at the pleasure of the President and shall be appointed by the President from among trustworthy and distinguished citizens outside the Government who are qualified on the basis of achievement, experience and independence. The Board shall utilize such full-time staff and consultants as authorized by the President." ... |
Reagan had several options arranged for me if I survived and made it in. Once I knew what it was about I had to do it despite the risk, it's as simple as that.
For the record, I have seen much of the other activists anti-communist web sites, and I thank all of them for their hard work to fight the long range Communist takeover and to expose various aspects of the takeover plan to a public who does not care. I know it is frustrating.
I also thank those who gave their lives to make the fight, hopefully their sacrifices won't have been for nothing.
We all need to join together to fight in order to survive the threat. That may sound funny today, but I'm pretty sure it will not be a laughing matter in the future some time after I'm gone.
In addition to the letters I that sent out to officials and the follow up calls, I sent links to this site to Congressmen and other officials, so I also put a brief personal message to them here when I made this page because I expect they will want to keep covering up even if they have my paperwork.
Unfortunately I can't explain everything here. If the paperwork that was left behind in 1981 does not surface, then The Hill will not understand this next section either. Unless I get far enough along in due time. Otherwise it is here as a clear message to them what time it is.
For The Ladies and Gentlemen of Capitol Hill, to Those of You Who Truly Serve We The People, and to Those of You Who Serve Yourselves or Your Masters: I assure you all, President Reagan made sure the paperwork dotted the i's and crossed the t's. That is in addition to classified papers which counter intelligence is to have in their possession for you at this time. Anything is possible due to the long term corruption of our American Government, and it is possible all traces of the plan are gone at this time. Regardless, I am now dotting my i's and crosssing my t's. First, I am signed onto the President's Intelligence Oversight Board, as a civilian. I've been saving that. Then I am entered in CIA in MKULTRA based project and also on the roster of HUMINT. Then I am DIA double agent codename Arcturus, and Commander in Chief Reagan is Böötes. Orion is my CIA codename. That should make perfect sense. Even if I could not come in under the DIA identity, I should have been able to do this using the PIOB paperwork. Only a lack of the papers can possibly defeat this counter intelligence plan. Pursuant to plan orders, I have initiated without my paperwork. This is not what we wanted, definately not what I wanted, but it was anticipated and I'll do my best to carry it out. If you have lost the paperwork and leave me stranded again to be further assaulted, I will act on other options. |
My fellow Americans, some of our Presidents have been warning us of this threat for a very long time.
Calvin Coolidge discovered Druids were involved in not only the scandals that marred the Presidency of Warren Harding, but also the events triggering World War I. That is covered in this site and in my True U.S. Takeover History Series. I'm not a historian, I just covered some key points that I was given, as related to the case.
According to the classified reports I read, Coolidge lost all his people who worked on the investigation, then his son died after he was warned they would do that if he did not walk away.
I have to note that when I read the first report in the case file, which was the Coolidge Druids Case, I had to call for the General in charge. First, I asked him if they were bullshitting me. At the answer no, I asked him why didn't We The People know about this? He laughed briefly and explained it to me. It is an incredible case to say the least.
This last effort plan calls for me to do this, to expose this to We The People and attempt to reach the "controls" Reagan put in place for me to use to stop the takeover. Currently it is highly unlikely I will reach the controls in time, if at all. If counter intelligence has my paperwork, then that last statement will be understood.
Some MKULTRA work was done in the area of making people believe they had been with God.

I come foward now because I am a real American, not for revenge. I aim to bring people together against the NWO threats. That will be addressed many times in my other sites.
I belong to We The People, not We The Sheeple.
I will speak for We The People on some matters if no one else will, and I speak to We The People in ways they will understand, no matter who they are in society. Not everyone will like that, but they will all understand. During my lifetime, I have known elected officials, and also I have been down to the lowest levels of our society. I know people fairly well.
It seems clear that We The People will have to carry We The Sheeple. The question is, are there presently enough We The People awake and willing to pay the price of freedom? I am sorry to say that it is my conclusion that the answer is No at this time.
Part of my CIA mission was to infiltrate every illegal or subversive element I came in contact with, in addition to other pre-selected targets. I was prepared to do that at instinctive levels, by MKULTRA technology. I was also to build contacts with friendly groups.
It was intended that I later utilize the acquired information and contacts to destroy undesireable operations, and to further utilize my friendly contacts to carry out mission objectives to fight the takeover.
Our children who have become members of the gang structure were supposed to be re-integrated into society. There were plans for them to rejoin us in society. Now it looks lkike the plan is to imprison and/or kill them all.
National Security interests have decided the fates of all who came into contact with me over the years.
For the gangs and similar allies of mine: There is no hiding from them. They knew who all my contacts were all these years, before I even remembered. I am your best chance of survival because I care what happens to you. I will prepare messages especially for your groups on the tubes, and you may understand me better than anyone else in the nation. You still belong to We The People and will have a chance to decide your own fates, I give you my word I'll do everything I can. Everyone who is anyone knows I am not on bullshit. |
I have no choice but to release that now. I trust that the gangs will not move to kill me until I at least finish speaking to and for We The People, and hopefully not then either. Only time will tell.
Thanks to the work of the NSA and corrupt police and court officials in Cook County, IL, I made additional contacts with several now retired chiefs of the major Chicago gangs. I don't know if any are alive, and I can't jeopardize their personal safety by looking for them. Word will get around, that is how I work this.
The major gangs of Chicago know what happened to me here around 1997, as well as several factions of the Mexican Mafia and other cartels. BTW, I am not going to provide anything to put them in danger of jail or worse. I will not even call out to anyone by name publicly. None of my old allies will catch a case from my work.
There are some honest and just police in Chicago and Cook County, I know that. We The People need them to start housecleaning.
Another issue Reagan wanted addressed was the corruption of our judicial system, and thanks to treacherous people in the Cook County, IL system 13 years ago, I am providing a starting point for that objective too now - if anyone in Washington ever wakes up.
The NSA was expressly forbidden from tampering with the judicial system anywhere in our Nation, and Reagan knew they were doing it anyway, and that it was a target of the Communist Long Range Takeover.
Even if NSA involvement can not be proven, there is still issue enough there to reach the objective: corruption of the judicial system.
National Security interests have been the interests of the takeover.
If this little plan succeeds, that is going to stop; if not, then I am dead. It is as simple as that. Actually it's most likely that if this does succeed in breaking the mind control that's ongoing against our people, that will come after I'm gone. The big question is "how much time does the U.S. have left?" - only The Creator knows the answer.
I beleive I can speak to We The People well enough if the people will listen, and if I can get their attention.
The 1912 recording The Right of The People to Rule by President Theodore Roosevelt has been a source of inspiration for me. A very moving speech related to the takeover of America.
I do not want a role as a leader; I want what I signed up for.
I agreed to particpate in this MKULTRA counter plan knowing that my mind could be lost. I agreed because Reagan told me the real truth, and he allowed me to see the whole file before I made the decision to participate in this longest of long shots.
It was intended that if I survived, my confirmation would have been in secret, the main targets eliminated, then later only certain things would have been made public.
I have no choice now but to make this fight this way. I am wide open to assassination from all sorts of groups by coming forward in this manner and discloing my real name. I have no choice.
Take note of Roosevelt's discussion (in The Right of The People To Rule speech) of the French Revolution and the Whirlwind of The Red Terror. It is something to think about.
In 1964, Ronald Reagan commented on a problem he saw related to the betrayal of We The People:
There were those who said it was better to be Red than dead, and those who would rather live on their knees than die on their feet.
I call them Cowards and Traitors.
It is the truth that Cowards and Traitors have betrayed We The People.
There were not enough real Americans in government to stop the takeover.
The Real Americans who fought this threat did not receive enough support from We The People because We The People had lost faith in their government and had been demoralized by the coverup of the assassination of JFK, and events that followed. Look at what happened to former Congressman Otis Pike's investigation that concluded in 1976, aka The Pike Report, banned in the United States but available everywhere else worldwide.
Those who fought this threat could not stop it because the enemy already had too much power in our government and areas of the private sector.
Human nature is the cause of this problem, and groups bent on domination who build upon those flaws in mankind. The time to destroy the worst and oldest of those groups is long overdue today.
We The People were also attacked with electromagetic weapons.

Ever wonder why Canadians are referred to as laid back?
Because the Canadians have been tranquilized, among other things.
MKULTRA experiments didn't just go on in the US, they went on in Canada too, in fact, worse experiments were done there according to information in the public sector.
Canada was closer to the source of the radiations. The Woodpecker is only one weapon that is publicly known.
Although Reagan wanted to stop it and the many things going on that were a part of it, he could not stop it, even as President.
The Brain, a giant military super computer, had concluded that long range plans were the only hope of defeating the threat. I can hardly believe all other devices Reagan put into place have failed.
There were many reasons why I was given this assignment and why it was even considered in the first place. I am not setting out all the reasons yet.
Reasons included my American spirit and personality, my ASVAB scores placed my overall intelligence in the top 2% of the nation and recommended careers were counter intelligence, intelligence or marketing/sales, and I did well enough on the ACT test (depite being ill with a sudden severe ear infection the day of the test) to earn the honor of selection as an Illinois State Scholar. The few "honors" papers I have not lost are here.
Another reason was my ancestry, both because that made me a target of the Communists, and because it made me more likely to succeed for several reasons. I am not explaining that now.
An important factor is that I was already interested in journalism, and had demonstrated leadership and an unwavering devotion to truth and We The People. That fit into other plans Reagan had to fight the takeover, which is explained soon.
This editorial I wrote in the high school newspaper in 1977 illustrates how I have always been. The date of the paper is ten days before the policy was to become effective. I was called to the Administration Building for being a troublemaker, which only added fuel to the fire.
I have only a few scans of clippings from news articles I later wrote in 1981-1982 as a news correspondent for the Lake County daily newspaper here. I covered village board meetings from around Lake County, and other spot news events.
At this point I interject:
President Reagan wanted to expose the truth of the JFK assassination to help restore the faith of We The People in our government.
John F. Kennedy's assassination and government coverup was the death knell of American freedom.
In Nov 1981 Reagan had already lost every team he had working on exposing the truth of the assasination, so he had to abandon that.
Reagan survived an assasination attempt March 30, 1981 (only 69 days into his Presidency) because of his plans to expose the traitors who were a part of the JFK assassination and or the coverup, and those were aiding the long range takeover.
Reagan had a partial list of traitors and suspected infiltrators. Some were already confirmed, and some needed confirmation, which was going to be difficult.
It was suspected that MKULTRA techniques had been used on Hinckley. That's what prompted Reagan to try and use MKULTRA technology to defeat the enemy. Fight fire with fire.
So in accord with plans to build contacts within the media (the media was also a known takeover target) and to one day be in a position to expose the Kennedy assassination using the media from within, I embarked on a part time correspondent job with the local daily newspaper in Lake County.
That's what the Journalist Clippings gallery is for, merely confirmation I had such a position.
The journalist job was cut short by circumstances beyond my control.
In 1982, The News-Sun had recently spent several million dollars on new printing equipment. Suddenly all their creditors demanded their money, and the paper was forced to make many budget cuts to avoid being taken over.
Those budget cuts included my position, and that all followed on the heels of complaints against me by a member of the Mundelein, IL Board of Trustees, who was connected to the Italian Mafia in Lake County, which in turn was a tool of the KGB agent Miller.
After the journalist job failed, I went into Tool & Die, a machinist. I eventually moved into CNC programming, and as a job shop machinist, I worked in many companies scattered across the Chicagoland area. I mentioned here that The Bulgarian claimed he was formerly known as the Hungarian, expelled in July 1961. The Hungarian was expelled for illegally soliciting industrial information, and he operated in Chicago along with a Communist industrial spy ring that is still operating in Chicago today. It wasn't mere coincidence that I went into that field of work. |
Another factor is that Round Lake was a Mafia resort town at one time, and still has a Mafia owned and operated country club to this day.
Miller was using Mafia connections in Lake County and Round Lake, and I had already acquired Mafia contacts and good standing prior to my entry into DIA and CIA - much to Miller's distress, see this page for more.
I was born in 1960 in Chicago, and moved to Round Lake in 1963.
At 3 years old, I stood at attention in front of the TV saluting during the funeral procession of John F. Kennedy. My Mom used to tell that story. I still have memory of standing there watching the JFK funeral procession on TV.
I had lots of books about JFK, and a picture of JFK and RFK hanging on my bedroom until the day I left home.
"Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country" from JFK's inaugural address was instilled in me.
Another reason I was chosen was because like others from my school who were too smart and showing promise of developing into leadership roles, I had already been unknowingly subjected to MKULTRA experimentation by Miller. DIA had confirmed that. The Communists sought to eliminate future leaders, so that when the time came for their own people to start coming here, they would be able to take leadership roles. On my blog, I've written about some of the Lake County, Il victims of the Communist agent known as Helen Miller, aka The Witch, aka The Snake Lady. One thing that made me special in the area of surviving mind control was that I had done the unthinkable: I had managed to break free from Miller's control. I was a known target of the Communists for that and several other reasons. The objective was, if I was snatched by the suspected Communist infiltrator, and if I survived, then I would be the catalyst to expose the continued brainwashing of our citizens and stop the mind control plans, and to confirm the identities of infiltrators and traitors and bring them to justice. Instead I was betrayed by the Clinton administration. The idea was to break a major part of the long range plans with a mind control case. |
Some other things that make me what I am, whatever I am, include:
In my suburban childhood neighborhood in Round Lake Park, IL, every day all the kids got together and we played a game. The game we played was called "Vietnam".
Everyone had their little plastic pistol, submachine gun, hand grenades, but what made it a true life experience was that despite those harmless toys, we managed to hurt each other a lot. Sometimes one of us would be hiding, then suddenly get conked in the head by a hand sized rock.
There were areas of thickets and hedges honeycombed with child size pathways beneath the branches. Imagine 5-9 year olds playing with crude booby traps in such places, nothing lethal and God was merciful - no one lost an eye. The so called brains behind our daily exercises was a deranged 16 old bully using LSD, provided by The Witch most likely. I once posted a story about the day that 16 year old bully had the other kids bring me forcibly to the monkey bars in the park. The bully demanded that I kiss his feet or they would all kick my ass. So I bent over pretending like I was going to kiss his foot, and then I spit on his bare foot instead. So they kicked my ass.
TV shows of the 60's and early 70's focused greatly on the Communist threat and fighting espionage and assorted nutbags out to rule the World, and other areas such as law and justice, and shows espousing our moral standards and basic belief in God which our nation was founded upon.
Just a few example are The Man from UNCLE, Secret Agent Man, The Invisible Man, The Avengers, James Bond, Mission Impossible, The FBI, The Mod Squad, The Rookies, Barretta, The Green Hornet, Batman, Underdog, and a host of others.
American children were being prepared with psyop measures to fight the Communists, the best example of that is The Rocky & Bullwinkle Show. Moose and Squirrel v. Boris and Natasha. Rocky & Bullwinkle wasn't some dumb cartoon to amuse the minds of US children- the show was to instill the fight into the children.
Just for grins, any American born in the 60's should remember this, I hope it brings pleasant memories:
There is a correlation between many events, activities, and organizations I have been involved with, and the ways in which I might be utilized in the long range counter intelligence plan.
I simply can not reveal all right now. Some details of plan possibilities have to be revealed here now despite the risks.
The Missing Crown of Liechtenstein was to be a catalyst to expose Druid infiltration of our NSA and other governmental agencies and bodies if confirmed. If I could not confirm, there were several other plans for me.
There was a possible CIA sighting of the Missing Crown prior to my entry into the MKULTRA project.
After the object was decribed by an operative, an educated guess was made as to what it might be. Before the operative could get another look to make positive identification, he was killed. My orders included instructions to try and locate the object and confirm if it truly is the Missing Crown. It is. Lake County, IL was a hotbed of all sorts of illicit activity at that time.
MKULTRA is part of long range takeover plans to mind control the population, and the development of microwave and other directed energy weapons was also part of that aspect of the enemy plans.
Records of MKULTRA were destroyed on the orders of CIA Director Helms in 1973. Congressional hearings in 1977 had to rely mostly on the sworn testimony of victims. There are many sources for this information, wikipedia (not always an accurate source I'm learning) and of course if you google MKULTRA videos you will get a lot of results. The offical government position on MKULTRA was that it was a terrible crime against We The People, unknowing citizens were experimented on, but it was over. However, a CIA official came forward to say that MKULTRA was still ongoing.
Reagan discovered it was still ongoing and this was intended as an attempt to stop some of the long range plans. This page is intended to explain me a little and what I'm trying to do here, to some extent.
