The Ketterhagen Report: Ketterhagen Family Serves NSA Devil Worshipers
The Ketterhagens in southern Wisconsin are helping Devil Worshipers keep The Missing Crown of Liechtenstein, and they were involved in a murder attempt on me in 1990 that was made to look like an accident.

Aug 3, 1990 I was involved in a head on car collision on the outskirts of Burlington WI. I did prison time, and I have and continue to suffer a lot of hardships because of that so called accident.
But I also claim to have remembered events of that night after a memory trigger in 1995, and maintain those claims still today. This is related to my sighting of the Missing Crown of Liechtenstein, The Witch, and The Teutonic Knights.

This mystery woman surfaced on page 24 of the Preliminary Hearing testimony of Racine County Deputy Sheriff Bonke, and was also questioned in a letter sent by my attorney to the Racine Assistant District Attorney who handled the case, Zoe Stowers. The Problem is Burlington Had No Female Officers In 1990.
It is my version of events that I was placed behind the wheel of my car and crashed into by the other vehicle, after being drugged.
I had a couple of drinks with co-workers at a local bar after work that day, then I went outside with someone to look at something in a car, and that was all I remembered prior to the accident.
My close friend who I'd been with at the bar had also remarked afterwards that she didn't understand why I had left without saying goodbye, she had looked for me when she realized I wasn't in the bar any more.
In 1995, I remembered that on the day of that accident, I had woken up at the wheel of my car - parked on the highway, with someone I knew burning my left arm with a cigarette & telling me "Don't worry, it'll all be over soon".
I also remembered that I was found with a cut in my chin, so deep that it went all the way to the chin bone.
I had exited my vehicle after waking up after the accident, someone pinned me against the car, and I saw a knife coming for my throat. I moved my head at the last moment to avoid having my jugular cut. It's my theory that he didn't try to cut me a second time because that would have been rather hard to explain. At the time of accident, it was another mystery how I had acquired the cut, there was no blood found in my car, none at all except a little on the windshield where my forehead had made contact.

There were several mysteries about the accident.
1) There was an unexplained gap of about 3 hours from the time I left the bar, and the time of the accident. The bar was only a couple miles from the accident scene.
I'd had 4 cocktails over about 2 hours, the scene was not my usual route home, and no bars, liqour stores, or groceries in the area sold any liquor to me.
I know that because the Racine County Sheriff's Deputy in charge of the investigation had asked me about that in the hospital, he was trying to figure out where I had been for the missing time.
In fact, no-one saw me, I just vanished off the radar for a few hours prior to the accident.
2) The position of the cars was not consistent with the way the accident is supposed to have happened. I had the accident report and diagram at one time, but it was stolen of course. The cars were facing the wrong directions for the scenario of two moving cars hitting head on.
3) The position of the cars was consistent with my car being stationary (not in motion) and the other car in motion.
That is further supported by the fact that my 1990 Mustang did not look bad at all (in fact one of my co-workers wanted to buy it and fix the frame and run it), but the other car was a full size model, and the 2 occupants had to be cut out of the car with "The Jaws of Life". Co-workers who saw both cars (at the local service station) said the other car was smashed up like an accordian.
4) It is a fact, in a collision between a moving vehicle and a brick wall, the brick wall gets less damage because it is not moving - the object in motion gets most of the damage. That's a scientific fact, not a theory.
5) There was an unidentified female Town of Burlington police officer at the scene of my accident tending to the occupants of the other car, according to the testimony of the Racine County, WI Deputy Sheriff who handled the case. The issue was called to the Court's attention by my lawyer in cross-examination, who questioned it because Burlington did not have any female officers at all. I beleive this was also mentioned in a local newspaper report of the preliminary hearing.
The officer admitted that it was correct, there were no female Burlington officers, full or part time. Deputy Bonke reviewed his notes from his notebook while on the stand, he said couldn't figure it out, he had it written down, and he was forced to conclude that he must have been mistaken. The matter was dropped and forgotten.
In addition to that, I have a letter from my lawyer to the Assisant District Attorney who prosecuted my case. This letter asked the Assistant DA to produce the indentity of that mystery woman, this was a formal request for the State to produce her, which was never answered by Zoe Stowers, the Assistant DA.

The Deputy had also asked another question when he arrived to speak with me at the hospital...as he stepped up to the ER bed, he asked the hospital staff what were the red marks on my face.
I had full documentation, but it was all stolen in 1995. I'm lucky I have copies of anything in 2010. A scan of Ketterhagen's full report is further down this page.
6) There was a freshly mowed space directly adjacent to the accident site- in an open field between trees, just wide and long enough for one car. Probably the spot where the Burlington police sit to take radar. Doesn't mean anything unless you beleive my version of the accident.
7) There was rumor that the highway had been blocked off a half hour before the accident. A couple of people at work talked about that, another oddity about my accident.
8) A well connected member of the local branch of a secret German society and close friend of the Ketterhagen family, before I returned to work from the hospital, simply took his tool box and left town without saying goodbye to anyone. A couple co-workers commented on it at the time as being odd.
That means nothing unless you believe my story, that I woke at the wheel of my car prior to the accident, my car was not moving, and what woke me was someone burning my left arm with a cigarette, then telling me "don't worry it'll all be over soon".
That guy who burned my arm and told me "Don't worry, it'll all be over soon" did a vanishing act in 1990. After the accident, before I returned to work, he packed up his toolbox and went to the compnay's new facility in Rhinelander, WI. Several co-workers had noted that was odd, he didn't say goodbye to anyone.

Supposedly Ketterhagen was with me in the ambulance in his capacity as an Emergency Medical Technician, however, he then submitted the following report in his capacity as a Town of Burlington police officer, which according to my $7500 lawyer, was the damning evidence because of admissions I made:
I seriously doubt what Ketterhagen did was legal.
How can someone "acting in his capacty as an Emergency Medical Technician" question me without reading me my rights, then make a report as "Reporting Officer Ketterhagen."
Also, a few weeks prior to my accident, I'd struck up a friendship with a co-worker who used to tell us at work that he was related to the Royal Family of Romania.
According to my friend at that time, the Ketterhagens were supposed to help him out if he ever had any problems.
I encountered one of the Ketterhagens while with this friend one day. That Ketterhagen approached me with hostility and asked me who I was, out of nowhere in a bar. So I asked my friend what the guy's problem was.
I'm withholding the name of this descendant of the Romania Royal House for now, but I checked June 29 and he has a listed phone number so he's still alive.
Anyone who worked at HyPro, Inc in Waterford WI in 1990 would be able to confirm Tony's story about his family belonging to the Romanian Royal Family.

I want to point out here that the swastika was not invented by Adolph Hitler, it is an ancient symbol. It is found spread across India. The Aryan peoples came to Germany from India about 1000 A.D. There's a lot of mis-information on the internet on that.
I expect I'm likely to be killed and won't live to see any Congressional Hearings on these matters, if those even ever do happen. Look how long it took to get hearings on MKULTRA, 5 years, and the majority of We The People today have never even heard of it.
I tried a couple times to start the process of getting my license back, spent money out of my pocket for treatment, then before I could get a lawyer to do the hearing, I'd get laid off from my job and couldn't get the money up for the hearing within the time limit. I gave up since it seemed some power would just keep stopping me from driving.
