NSA 1990 Accident Mystery Cop Burlington WI

An unidentified Town of Burlington female officer was tending to the occupants of the other car at the scene of my so called car accident on August 3 1990.

This mystery woman surfaced on page 24 of the Preliminary Hearing testimony of Racine County Deputy Sheriff Bonke, and was also questioned in a letter sent by my attorney to the Racine Assistant District Attorney who handled the case, Zoe Stowers.

The Problem is Burlington Had No Female Officers In 1990.

The issue was called to the Court's attention by my lawyer in cross-examination, who questioned it because Burlington did not have any female officers at all. I believe this was also mentioned in the local news report of the preliminary hearing.

The officer admitted that it was correct, there were no female Burlington officers, full or part time, and he reviewed his notes from his notebook, he said couldn't figure it out, he had it written down, but he must have been mistaken, and the matter was dropped and forgotten as it seemed minor at the time. click image below for full size.

I have another confirmation that the mystery female cop was an issue in my 1990 case.

The scan below is a November 29, 1990 letter from my attorney to the Racine County Assistant District Attorney who prosecuted my case.

My laywer asked about the unidentified woman dressed as Town of Burlington police because she was in the reports submitted by Racine County Deputy Bonke. The mystery woman matter didn't only surface at the hearing, my lawyer asked the State of Wisconsin to produce the mysetery woman, and the State never did that. Click for full size images.

Quoting the 2nd paragraph of the letter below:

"Also, I note that you made an additional request for information apparently on November 13, 1990, concerning pinpointing the time of the accident and obtaining information from a woman who tendered treatmentto your victim, but I also do not see any response to that request."

What we have here is an Assistant DA who withheld information that would have helped exonerate me.

In 1995 I still had every stitch of paper from the court case, certified copies of the transcripts, even the official police report diagram of the scene. That was stolen from me in late 1995, these materials here were part of a stash of documents I'd placed at my Dad's house.

I have another page here which specifies all the mysteries that were present in my case, and details the involvement and importance of Kim Ketterhagen at the accident scene. Ketterhagen had sent me an invitation to Liechtenstein several years earlier. See The 1984 Invitation To Liechtenstein That Ketterhagen Sent Me

As you can see from my lawyer's letter, there were issues of pinpointing the accident time, and the unidentified female who was taking care of the victims who also prevented Deputy Bonke from questioning the other people involved in the accident at the scene.

I have a theory that the unidentified woman dressed as a Town of Burlington Police Officer didn't just keep Racine County Deputy Bonke from questioning the survivor from the other car. I suspect that the mystery woman asked the survivor what happened, and when she said they had been blinded by the sun until they were right on top of my car, the mystery woman probably told her that well I was drunk and if she tells everyone what happened I would get away with causing the accident by being stopped in the road. It makes perfect sense, the survivor was in a lot of pain and grief and it was easy to turn that against me and convince her that I was to blame. For details of the events that day, see this bookmarked section on The Ketterhagen Report: Ketterhagen Family Serves NSA Devil Worshipers.

The Deputy had also asked a question when he arrived to speak with me at the hospital...as he stepped up to the ER bed, he asked the hospital staff what the red marks were on my face.

The whole transcript, which contained the cross examination where no explanation was found despite it being in the deputy's scene notes, was stolen in 1995.

See The Ketterhagen Report for more details about this accident and related mysteries surrounding the accident.
